These are custom made goods and there is no refund fro items purchased. An exchange can be made for defective goods. Every item is inspected and photographed before leaving our facility. If item is damaged in transit please send a photo to contact@myblfitness.com. We will contact you about our decision and send postage if an exchange is warranted. No longer then 24 hours must pass after receiving goods.
